I noticed, that scrolling map with 2 fingers doesn't work. Scrollbars move, but nothing happens until you tap on map with finger. After tap map really scrolls. Very disappointing bug for me. Noticed someone wrote about this bug here 3 years ago. Nothing changed for 3 years. Still having this bug...

This is the reason why i visited this forum.
It doesn't work on touchpad and touchscreen. You have to "alt-tab" to see changes in scrolling. This is not really useful.

Yesterday I've got an answer from mindjet about this issue.

"I'm afraid there will not be a fix for this. We cannot collect multi-touch gestures and ink gestures at the same time, so there is nothing we can do especially as some stylus drivers block touch input while in use; this helps in cases where users rest their hands on the screen while using the stylus."

So I don't understand why they cannot connect multi-touch gestures with ink. OneNote developers, for example, can...

Hurray! This issue is fixed in 2017 release. Thx developers. But tech support should know about this upcoming bugfix when I asked them. Anyway, now we can use MindManager on touch devices like Surface Pro!

What device are you using? Does it have wacom stylus support?

I am using a surface pro 4.
I don't know, if it has a wacom stylus support. What is that useful for?

Well, surface pro 4 has active stylus support, but not based on Wacom technology. It uses something called N-Trig. May be MindManager software can't handle it. I've tried MM 2017 on wacom device and it worked well. You may try to disable digitiser device in windows device manager and see if MM 2017 works

I've checked 2017 version on Surface Pro 2 and Dell Venue 8 Pro. Both working fine. I believe the problem with Surface Pro 4 is in N-Trig...
