64bit Enterprise "License" vs 32bit "Trial" vs 32bit License Versions

What are the requirements for having all of the 64bit licensed version capabilities in a 32bit "Licensed" version?  If it's even possible, then I would definitely purchase the 32bit "Licensed" version.

I am currently running MM2018 32bit 30-day Trial Version on Windows 10 32bit system (provided by my company.)  Prior to this I was running MM2018 Enterprise 64bit "License" version (approved and provided by my company) on the same system.  At that time I could not sync with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc. due to the 64/32 bit mismatch.  After installing 32bit "Trial" version the syncing problem is fixed but this version does not have GanttPro or SharePoint or MM Online as the Enterprise 64bit "Licensed" version does.

It has taken about 2+ months and a lot of phone calls, political red tape, and lost time just to get this far, and I am still waiting for a solution.  So yea, I am frustrated.

Thanks for any helpful information you can share!

I feel your pain. My rule of thumb is to forgettabout 32-bit, and always start with a 64-bit system and then add to that. Never mix and match. I don't understand why IT departments just don't do that... sorry, I guess that's not very helpful :)

Hi. This issue is not related to the bit version but rather the Edition of MindManager.

Gantt Pro is only available in the Enterprise edition which is not available as a single user purchase.

Whatever edition you use it needs to match your Office bit version for all the Office apps to play nicely.

Other than the Office integration, installing the 64 bit version offers no advantage over 32 bit on a 64 bit system.

Regards
Nigel

Nigel, Thank You!  The way I understand your response is once I can upgrade from Trial to Enterprise, I will be set.  Correct?

Yes. Once you have the Enterprise Edition then the bit version does not matter.
