A lot of problems with Mindjet on Mac

I am having a lot of problems with Mindjet on my Mac, and I am seriusly considering the program. I have a Mac running OS X 10.7.5 and Mindmanager 10.3.605.

My problems:
1) I have tried using the Mindjet files cloud solution. One day I experienced that a whole days work was gone, when I opend my file the next day. I save the changes concurrently but none of my work from the previous day was present. Support team couldn't help recover the error, and I got the impression they thought it was my own fault.

2) I repetedly have the problem, that asian looking characters appear in my map. This is annoying, but not a big issue, but ->

3) I cannot export the same files to word. As I have read in this forum, I'm not the only one having the problems.

4) I have experienced, that a localy saved file got corrupted. It is the same problem as this: https://community.mindjet.com/mindjet/topics/damaged_mmap_file_needs_repair_in_mindmanager_mac_versi...

5) I cannot open files saved on my Mac on a PC with Mindmanager - Mindjet or locally saved file - no difference. This is frustrating and limits the possibilities with the program.

Am I the only one with massive problems on Mindmanager for Mac?
Or is Mindmanager not created or suited for Mac?

I am really not trusting Mindmanager anymore, even though I am fond of using it. If I can't get good explanations for my problems, I have to find a program, that I can trust.

I also have the latest version for Mac (10.3.605). I have a relatiely small 4MB mind map that when I try to open gives me the error "XML processing error. Unable to transform a file into a MindManager document". In the past when I had a similar problem converting to xxmap worked but this trick is not working for me anymore. Very frustrating and seriously looking at alternatives.

David,

Please contact our Support Team by going to www.mindjet.com/contactus and send in a copy of your Map. A member of our Technical Support Team should be able to repair your Map and send it back to you.
