Hi Dominique,

Currently the Mindjet Desktop products (Windows/Mac) cannot view the "Project" object within the Mindjet file system. We will be updating the Windows and Mac clients to fully understand the Project object and maintain the extended meta data, later this fall, but you can still edit the map if you know the url. I would recommend using the Web Client ( to obtain the url of the map you wish to edit and then create a map associated to this project and insert the urls into the map. You will be able to edit and save changes in place.

As mentioned, we will be enabling the desktop products to view and edit the files within Project via Mindjet Files sometime later this fall.

Did this update happen?  I don't currently see Projects in Mindjet Files on my Mac.

MindManager for Mac does not yet integrate with ProjectDirector Folders.

To edit your Maps through MindManager for Mac, please use our Web Client to move your files to a regular Library Folder.

1. Once logged in through the Web Client, click on Library.
2. Select the Project Folder that contains your Maps.
3. Drag and Drop your Map(s) to a standard Library Folder.
4. Sign in to Mindjet Files through MindManager for Mac.

Any idea when the Mac app will support ProjectDirector Folders?  This is a major limiting factor.  Having the Map outside the project structure kind of defeats the purpose of projects!

Yes, I'm on 10.3.605.
