I found my account type was changed to Reader when I logged in MindJet and I could not add any task anymore. What's the problem?

Did you check the web bases account manager via: https://vision.mindjet.com/#!&view=am ? It might be that your account has expired?

It's not expired and it could work today. Thanks.

I ran up against the same behaviour although my
account should not expire before 1/1/10000 (as mentionned in the account
manager) !!!
I don't know if I have been downgraded to 'Reader', but I can't change the
tasks attributes anymore (apart from the progression).
I tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari, ie) to make sure it
was not related to one of them.

If your accoun expires, it turns into a expired account.  Reader accounts are a different kind of account, with limited functionality, that do not expire.  If you have a Reader account, then that is what you always had.  If you have lost functionality, it may be you are experiencing a technical problem.  You may want to contact customer support http://www.mindjet.com/about/contact/
