Accounts - MindJet, Mindjet Files, MindJet Plus, Mindjet for Business, ... overview, please?

For about two weeks, I've tried to get started with sending tasks to Zapier.

What's keeping me from getting there is, first of all, I can't the required account to work for me. I've contacted support three times; each time, they told me what they thought I should do, yet it didn't work for me, and from there, no further replies.

So either I'm completely blind to something obvious, or maybe it's just not working for me, for whatever reason ...

What I don't understand yet is, there are several types of acounts around MindManager - what is each one of these they needed for, and which one's the one that I'll require for Zapier to work with MindManager?

I think Mindjet introduced a new type of account which allows connections to third-party services like Zapier and also the new publishing features in MindManager 2018. This new account is specifically called a 'MindManager account'. This is a new type of account next the Mindjet-website account (for support and downloads on the Mindjet site) and the Mindjet-cloud account (for Mindjet Tasks and Mindjet Files)

Did you try to create this type of account via Advanced > Zapier > Set Up Account?
Also, for the Zapier-integration to work you'll also need to create an account at Zapier so the MindManager-account and the Zapier-account can be linked.

Thanks, Mathieu. I've created that account, reset the password a good number of times, contacted support a few times, no solution. The account works yet doesn't for actions initiated from within MindManager, such as publishing and sending a topic to Zapier.
