Add definition or description to a topic

Is there a way to add a definition or description of a topic or subtopic without using a callout or notes? What would be perfect if there was a plus/minus sign to show/hide the definition under the box.

Julie, which MindManager platform are you using?

On MindManager for Windows, you could use the "Review Comment" feature which would allow you to add a short plain text description, visible when mousing over the comment icon.

Use tag groups and tags: option in the Markers tab right or left hand side of screen
also via right click on a topic.

Use View > Show/Hide to hide all the tags or show them all.

Power Filter will allow you to show or hide topics by tag text.

You can also use the 'custom properties' for a topic. Add a text property, name it description. Then you can add free form text to add a description/definition. On the topic, there will be a green triangle that acts as the show/hide button controlling the display of the custom fields.

It's a given in MindManager that there is almost nothing that can be done in only one way :)
