Mindjet Mindmanager shuts down as soon as I enter a new field after setting up a new Mindmap. I'm not sure whether the sensible thing would be to uninstall my software and start again. It would help to have access - be put in touch - with somebody in Mindject Mindmanager help team to do this directly in conversation as it will undoubtedly be person specific with respect to hardware and software and Mindjet software version...

Frans Visser and Sandeep,
could you please send a support Email to customer.support@mindjet.com
The more awareness we create for the problem, the quicker a fix will be delivered.
And an additional question on my side: Has this problem appeared after installing the latest security patch 2018-002 for MacOS 10.13.6 ?
Best regards
Florian

Currently i have tried both versions 10 (10.6.125) & 11 (11.2.116), they have same issue. Program crashes when i`m trying to type in new text to new element.
The link you provided is useless for me because i`m using High Sierra.
The only thing that worked for me temporary - i disabled "Typing replaces selection". Now i can edit my maps. But in generally both versions (10&11) are useless after latest MacOS security update.

I've also just downloaded the trial Mac Mindmanger version 11 to try and correct this problem as advised - I've installed it and it crashes in the same way as the earlier version ... very unsatisfying and problematic!

Same issue for me, just bought and installed MM 11.2.116 in Mac OS 10.13.6 and ready to go; bummer, MM already crashes upon entering a single letter into an element;
Problem has been reported already 6 days ago with still not fix; very disappointing!
