Android update has glitches and lag that KILLS my productivity!

I recently just updated Mindjet on my phone and have been extremely disappointed. I use Dropbox to sync to my Freemind maps on my mac. I use the Getting Things Done method within my maps, as I'm sure a lot of other users do, too. So when I work at home, I'm on the computer, but, when I'm out on the road, which is what I do for a living, I use my phone. However, I keep having problems with the following:

-Many times, under the dropbox menu, my maps won't open, rather, when you touch to open them, they give you the quick reminder that using your device won't make you wait for it to sync upon each opening.

-The time it takes to actually open the map is usually beyond 8 seconds. Whereas, before the update, it took about 2. When you're multitasking, and receiving phone calls, getting emails, etc, 8 seconds can completely make you forget the reminder you were going to put in your inbox. It also takes too long for it to close, but that's not nearly as important.

If you've ever read "David Allen's Getting Thing's Done" you know that he says when it comes to using a software or system, it needs to be fun, and it needs to be fast, otherwise, you'll just become numb to performing tasks, and you'll resist and dread using it. I think that pretty much sums up how I'm feeling right now.

My whole life is in my GTD system. That's how GTD works. Please help me get my life back. I really don't want to have to transfer to another software/method.

IS THERE A WAY TO GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THE APP FOR ANDROID????

Hi Seth. Thank you so much for the feedback. We have an update coming up that we believe will address the above issues that you are referring to. Please stay tuned and if the update does not improve the performance of your application, we can look into other solutions from there.
