Archive projects on local server

Having nowadays all your files in the cloud is something fine for ongoing and running projects, you need to work on and might have mobile access on. However, as soon as you finish a task or a project, this one should be archived, added to the lessons learnt database and hence be available in future, whatever matters.
Using Mindjet Project Director solves the first issue, but I cannot see a solution for archiving a completed project with its files, task histories, etc. mainly to a local drive. Not always do people share Mindjet or like the Mindmapping method, who need to work with data of these completed projects. Therefore I should be in operational formats (the files anyway are, so no problem, but the history of tasks etc., that should be solved. PDF may be a good choice).
At the moment, there is even not possible (or I couldn't find the function) to print a task with all history and list of attachments, as e.g. possible with Outlook tasks etc. That to do to PDF would be at least on the level of Outlook task management and archive.

Pls, dear friends at Mindjet, have a look on this issue...

Thx and regards

Yes, this would be a good addition and possibly increase usage as well.
Also, an API would be nice so 3rd parties could create such functionality :)
