Mindjet for Android do not copy any of documents or images attached to the mind map, copies only mind map itself. When mind map is opened on PC, lacks all linked information.
How and where to copy attachments and linked files from android phone to dropbox so that all links are not lost but kept correctly when mind map copied to Dropbox is opened on PC?
And vice versa - how to maintain all links to files and files themselves in sync after they are changed on the PC?

What types of links and attachments are you trying to open on the Android application? Are these links pointing to local files/folders on your system or are they standard links like www, http, https? Thank you!

I am talking about local files e.g. Word documents. Would placing them manually in the same directory as mind map help?

Use relative links and either place them in the same folder or a sub- folder. This should improve the chances of working.

It almost did the job. Apart from using relative links on PC I needed to manually copy from Dropbox to phone the linked file - to the directory where I store mind maps - since Mindjet for Android doesn't treat dropbox folder as a working folder.

Nevertheless, even with this one extra manual step it works. Thanks for help!

Mindjet for Android is a very usefull piece of app for me - I can really quickly catch and sort my thoughts when on the move. I only wish that MindManager is more affordable for personal use. But so far for PC use I use XMind - MindManager is too advanced for my so unsophysticated needs :)
