The default text font in note is Verdana, size 10.
How to change the default font to another one, e.g. Arial size 12?

In MindManager 2018 or 2019 simply go to the Design tab on the ribbon and click on the Notes Format button. A dialogue box should appear which will let you set the font, size and colour of Notes text. I'm not sure about MM2016 04 2017.

Thank you Alex for the tip.

There is another issue:
The note theme applies to the default font.
E.g. The font in note theme is Arial size 12.
While some existing notes font is Verdana size 10.

If I change the  font in note theme to Tahoma size 10,
only the existing note font Arial size 12 will change to Tahoma size 10,
while Verdana size 10 won't get changed.

I think the only way to do this easily is to get the MAP add-in for Mind Manager, which is available from Olympic Limited: https://www.olympic-limited.co.uk/mindmanager-add-ins/map-for-mindmanager/

This includes a facility which lets you do exactly this: edit the font on multiple topic notes, or change the notes font for the whole map, in one go. MAP isn't cheap but this is one of around 50 of its useful features.
