I can ́t open some files in mindjet connect

Hi, I have a problem. I have some files that create in mindjet for android that can ́t open in mindjet connect basic. How can I send a file that have a problem for check this?

Do you get an error message when you try to open these maps or what is happening? Any additional information that you could provide would be appreciated. Thank you!

When I want to open the file, I make double-click over the file name. Then in the browser appears the load indicator and it remains permanently, like in the image that I add in this reply. I can open another files but someone not.

Hi Alberto. I would recommend trying to use Firefox or Chrome as your browser. I would also suggest clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, please let me know. Thank you!

Hi Brittney. I have tried with chrome and firefox. I clean the cache of the browser and the result is the same.
