Be able to use MindManger to create decision trees

Some suggestions:

- Be able to annotate a line/relationship
- Be able to change topic shape to a triangle (or representing a logical decision juncture)
- Have line/relationships representing alternative (logical) choices with respect to a decision tree workflow
- Be able to run the decision tree diagram as a wizard/slideshow so the end user can go through the choices step by step to reach the answer based on the choices made on each screen/slide
- Perhaps the first (central) topic could be assigned a start node in the decision tree

YES! MindManager should do this - an obvious extension of the existing capabilities that would be awesome.

While MM isn't the best option for decision trees, especially complex ones, there are a couple or workarounds.

For example, you can annotate an added relationship line with a callout. You can also show or hide different logical choices and step through these using the techniques I described here:

I'm not sure you can do anything about triangular topic shapes though. You could insert an image but I don't think there is a way of putting the topic text inside this.

You could use an image and insert it as a Shape for the triangles. The Topic Text will then sit over the top of the image.

There was some discussion on this recently here:
