When I export to PDF format it produces a map with the upper half of some topics blacked out. Anyone else experience this problem? Paul F

Hello Paul

I am guessing, but this looks like a colour palette issue, where some colours get mapped to black. Does it make a difference if you remove the colour fill from the topics?

Great observation but it doesn't solve it - thanks though!

It may be caused by the 'show fill color gradients' option.
What happens when you deselect this option?

You find it in File>Options>Visual effects

not sure if it works; want to reopen it.

The fill gradient option is relevant

But if I use an virtual printer (instead of the integrated one from MM) it uses a different scale (zo not completely black or transparrent)

Ca you replace the pdf-engine od MM with an other virtual printer?
