Blank page after clicking "Open a Support Ticket"

Whenever I try to open a support ticket for an issue, a tab in IE is opened that is blank. This has also happened upon login to Mindjet several times in the past.

yes. tried it again. same thing. just a black bar at the top and nothing below.

Try clearing your browser cache. We recently updated our support sit to make it simpler for people to open tickets. I think that you will be able to access the links once you clear your cache. Please let me know if this helps.

Hi Graham, I have opened a case for you from our side (#00276802). If you can advise what the issue is concerning, I will route this to the correct team. I apologize for your experience with the forms, I have not been able to reproduce the issue that you are experiencing in either IE9, Chrome (v25) or Firefox (v16).
