Yes you can, if you have the MAP add-in for MindManager.

This has an Extended Properties feature which will convert task information including effort into topic properties and then allows you to keep them in sync. You can then add a topic property to store the cost per day, and a calculated topic property to show the total cost for the task, once you write a formula to multiply the effort and the cost per day topic properties together. Finally you can add a topic property and a formula to the central topic to sum all the costs in the map.

You can do a lot more with the extended properties feature in MAP, for example you can break the effort down to hours for a more fine-grained calculation, or you can use MAP's calculated Task on Track Status property to provide an estimation of the actual expended effort in dollar terms to date.

I followed your suggestion in MAP 4.2, but the values of extended properties are missing.
How do I update them manually  or turn the automatiс update on?

Thank you.
