Go to File>Print>Print Gantt Chart. You will be able to specify how you want this document printed. You will also see the option to do a Gantt Chart Preview or Gantt Page Setup.

Please let me know if this is helpful.

Ummmm - no. I can see it asking to fit to a number of pages horizontally but I want the complete GANTT on one sheet. Just as we can fit the map to one page. Or indeed export the GANTT as an image for import to a report.

This might work:

Use a dummy topic to create a short task or milestone.
Set the start date of this topic later than all the other topics.
This will compress the Gantt Chart horizontally on the page and therefore vertically bringing more of the tasks onto the first page.

I do have a similar issue, but not exactly the same.

I would need a possibility to scale the timeline the something less than month, so e.g. quarters or only years.

i do some longterm planing which spans over years. But the zoom does only allow to go to month, which makes the gantt extremely long but small. Unusable for inclusion in documents.
