Can Not activate MindJet MindManager online

I think my proxy is stopping the MindJet activation from going through. What is the site it uses for activation, so I can have IT update the proxy?

I've got the same problem. I can't go through the proxy to reach Mindjet connect.

I'm using Connect Free with MindManager 2012 (10.0.493).

Steven Fox (Mindjet) gave me this answer that fully solves the problem:

MindManager does not have proxy settings of it's own but reads the settings from the internet options of Internet Explorer.

In case MindManager still cannot connect, open the Mindmanager.config file which you can find in the MindManager application folder and remove the lines beginning with and ending with

MindManager must be closed during these steps

Experiencing same problem. what are the " lines beginning with and ending with " Symbol ? to be modified ?

I'm trying to check but can't find which ones ..
