Can not connect to Mindjet Files!

Can not log in to Mindjet File. Again. These service problems occurs quite regularly now!

Maybe because they do an unannounced backup of the system???

Please solve it ASAP

Now the service has been down for about 4 hours!!!! Every time this happens I suggest that Mindjet  should hava a page on their site about service status. Even the smallest web service provider has that today!

At least now I know that I'm not the only one. I thought it was a problem with my desktop installation until I realized that my files were read-only in the web client.

We ́re now approaching 12 hours down time. I wonder what the SLA agreement states?

This morning for whatever reason I could connect and up-download my maps and documents again.
Maybe they are just blocked over the weekend?
In Europe we tend to work whenever we like, so it may be a suggestion to have an european server active?

I think it ́s fascinating that Mindjet doesn ́t comment in any way that they service was offline for half a day. Do the watch this forum?

We are sorry for the connectivity issues that were happening this weekend.  Because of this connectivity issue, we plan to restart the servers more frequently during Friday-night maintenance windows.  This should greatly reduce the connectivity issues.  Please let us know if and when you get connectivity issues in the future.
We are still investigating the root cause of the issue.  I will update this thread if any other long-term fixes are on the way.

This outages should be announced in advance when you start Mindjet files when logging in (on all plattforms).

Here we go again. 4 months since last time....
Still no info om mindjet.com on current server status. But the fact still remain: not possible to log in to Mindjet Files.

Any progress about a status page for your services? 
It would save time and frustration for us customers. We do not need to check out internetc connections etc.

Same for me here......quite regulary connectivity problems and no status page or anything else.

So disapointing for a company making software for business and productivity.

Seems this issue is happening again, at least for me. If you put a ticket in, you're told that you may have to wait for 2 days. If you call, you get voicemail. On forums, you get delayed responses and apologies, but no root cause or stated improvements to minimize recurrence. This is worse than disappointing in terms of software and services for business and productivity. It's simply unusable.
