Cannot adjust relationship links in Schedule View

Hi.

I'm trialling the program. I need to tidy-up the relationship links in the Schedule View.
  • When I select a link in Schedule View only the end nodes appear. (you get four nodes in the Map View)
  • When I grab an end node and move it, it previews a change to the shape of the link.
  • But when I realease the node no change is made.
Any tips?

Thanks.

Please include images or video of what happens and where in the software. This may help us understand your question.

Please see below Ary.

The shown double-curve bezier relationship line isn't as simple as it should be. Elsewhere in the schedule the relationships lines are hard to follow because their runs are not simple and they cross behind tasks unnecessarily. I want to tidy these up as I can in the Map View.

In the screenshot I selected the right node at the arrowhead and with my left mouse button pressed, dragged it around to reroute the relationship line as MindManager has previewed in orange. When I release the LMB though it doesn't stay there.

I've tried the usual shift, ctrl & alt combo clicks and they also do not work.
Any idea why I cannot modify the relationship lines? Thanks.

Have you tried to right-click the relation line? It allows you to format the line.
Default is Bezier,
Try to change it into curved that has only one curve so it may solve part of your request.

And yes, you cannot really change the location of the red dots in the schedule view.

Not only are the red anchors missing, but also the yellow handles.

I suspect the logic behind this is to preserve the location of the relationship lines in the default map view, though I notice that you can delete a relationship line in the Schedule and similar views.
