Cannot create Mindjet viewer file

I am trying to save a file as a mindjet viewer pdf.  However I get the following popup message.

I have recently migrated to a new computer and this no longer works. It used to work on my previous laptop with Windows 7.
The map is very simple and the filename does not contain any invalid
characters. I can create a PDF from other applications, so I do not believe that it is a permissions problem.
I also cannot open any Mindjet viewer files that other users send me.
I am running on a Lenovo T450 with Windows 7 Enterprise Service pack 1.
I am running MindManager 16.0.159.

Any ideas on what might be causing this problem?

Check if you have a 32 bit MindManager version and maybe 64 bit Windows and/or Office.
They should be the same.

Hi Roland,

The error is due to not having Java installed, which is required to complete the Mindjet Viewer Export. Please go here to download Java - https://www.java.com/en/download/

MindManager 32-bit was installed to match the installation of Microsoft Office on your system.  The two application suites have to be of the same bit version for the Office Imports/Exports to be enabled in MindManager.
