Cannot connect Mindjet Desktop to online tesks etc

Trying the trial, very happy with product thus far except that I cannot connect the desktop. No error, simply doesn't connect. So I am unable to assign tasks or pull info from site. Very newest product and version - just signed up yesterday and downloaded Windows program today.

Does the app say "Connected" on the lower left hand corner?

No - Offline. When choosing Connect it just spins the little indicator and everntually goes back to Offline.

Are you behind a firewall? You'll need to be 'connected' for this to work. You may have to adjust your proxy settings. Can you submit a support ticket? https://secure.mindjet.com/support/co...
