Cannot connect to Mindjet Connect

I am trying to connect to Mindjet Connect. I have full internet access and can bring up the map I want to edit through the web browser but MindManager 2012 Professional will not connect. I keep getting a popup saying, "Mindjet Connect. A connection error has occurred. Please check your Mindjet Connect connection settings. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."

I doubt contacting my system administrator will help. MindManager is not standard software at my company.

I have the same Issue. Cannot access project files which i have been working on.

If Mindjet want to be trusted as a "cloud service" then obviously a high level of availability has to be the first priority.

Second, there should be a method to post any problems with expected resolution times, work arounds etc. which users can access instantll

Is there 7/24 support for the site?

Still not working on US west coast? Any indications as to what the issue is/was? Is it regional?

working now... seemed to work through a UK IP address whilst still not working through a US address so i assume it was a west coast issue?
