Cannot connect with "Mindjet Files"

I have a the proper login information, am able to see maps from "local" and also "Dropbox".

My iPad thinks and thinks while trying to connect with the Mindjet files on the Cloud.
Can you assist?
This is frustrating because I have work documentation that I currently need and cannot access! :(

Hi Jonathan. How are you connecting to the internet on your iPad? Do you have a strong internet connection? This may be the reason why you are unable to access your files on the cloud. Please let me know any additional information that you have regarding this issue. Thank you!

Good morning. My internet connection is excellent. I have tried this on both 4G and wireless at work, my place and parent's place. Non are working.

Is it an update issue?
I can save locally, just not to the cloud. I've lost a good amount of information. I've also logged onto the website and cannot seem to find my information.

I will gladly keep working through this as you assist.
