Cannot edit maps stored in cloud

My organization and two of our partners cannot edit any maps we have stored in the cloud. We can see the maps, but it just says loading in the top left corner and we cannot make any edits. We are running into this problem on the Desktop Ap and web portal. We're in the middle of a live maintenance and utilizing MindJet as our communication method, so this is particularly frustrating.

Same here!  In only seems to be impacting one map; others seem to load ok.

Same problem here.  I contacted support, they said the issue was caused by a server outage and do not know when it will be resolved.

That's about what we've got so far as well. We've got a support ticket in with them now, but we haven't had much in the way of updates. Rather frustrating and it's going to create a lot of work updating maps for work that's been completed as soon as the servers are working again.

I was kind of hoping someone from Mindjet would provide some updates via this thread since I couldn't find any mention of it anywhere else.

The Mindjet Engineering Team is currently looking into the issues with Read Only maps in Mindjet Web.  We have reset the servers, and are currently investigating the cause of the read only maps to determine how to restore full service to our customers.

Our apologies for not being more forthcoming with details, but the investigation is still underway.

We will respond once we have verified that the service is completely restored.

I noticed that even new maps will show up as read only.
