Cannot log in to Connect from MindManager Professional 2012

I am having trouble logging in to Mindjet Connect. I finally was able to log in online through Microsoft Internet Explorer but get a popup in MindManager Professional 2012 that says "The server doesn't recognize this User ID and password."

I just got a call back from Mindjet support. They are having a problem where people who are already in the database with Mindjet ID's cannot connect to Mindjet Connect.

The customer service rep had me go to https://connect.mindjet.com/ and sign up with a different e-mail account (I used my Gmail account). That solved the problem and everything is working now.
