Cannot open Connect files in Vision

When trying to open MMAP files that I have uploaded via MM2012 to my Mindjet Connect Basic free account, the files will not open, and I receive the following error message:

"Mindjet Connect can't open that file. Possible reasons include:

- The file was deleted, by you or someone else.
- The file is password protected.
- The URL doesn't point to a valid map file."

Please tell me how to open my .mmap files in Connect Vision.
