Periodically when woking on my ipad version I receive a blue box advising me -
Cannot Save Map- not enough Space - OK.
Any ideas anyone ??

Are you trying to save your maps to the Root Folder, to Mindjet Connect or to Dropbox?

I am not trying to save it anywhere, when I am trying to work this box pops up I press OK and it arrives again.
I am saving I guess to root folder as I do not have Mindjet connect and am not saving to DB. Hope that helps. Thks

Is this happening with all of your maps? Maps of a certain size? Maps with notes or links included? Any other information that you believe might be relevant will be helpful for me to best assist you. Thank you!

No just this one map but it is large (one sub sector has 72 sub sub sectors) and complex (multiple fields all leading from the master).

This happens to me regularly with tiny maps saving them locally in iOS 5. It goes away when I create a new map. "Space" has nothing to do with it as I have several Gb left.

Hi, I have subsequently created new maps saving to the same root folder and still the problem exists, but only on this one map. I too have plenty of space left, so am a little lost with this one. It is more annoying than anything else.

I am having the same problem. I have been storing the file in the root folder, but now this message appears consistently when I try to change the mindmap. The file is large, but there is plenty of storage available on my ipad.

Not sure they have an ans. or wish to answer I have had nothing since my last posts and still have the same problem. I guess the issue is they do not want to support the free version.

Hi everyone. It would be helpful to understand exactly what you were doing at the time of the error: adding a topic, deleting a topic, undo/delete topics, moving topics, changing color, etc. Thank you so much. This is very much appreciated.

I am saving to Dropbox. I just edited a node, and when I clicked Done, the message appeared.
Went to another mindmap and then re-opened the one with message. Performed the same action, and no message came up this time.

For me it was mainly when adding topics, editing topics, however the issue has now manifested itself slightly in that now the message no longer appears however the program now crashes when opening / editing topics. I have to re open the program go to the root folder and re open the file. Or sometimes just re opening the program it goes straight back to the open file, press the same topic to try to redo the same activity and it crashes again.

I just encountered same message. Not sure what it means specifically--are all changes lost? It's not a huge mindmap so can't figure out where problems is.

I've just had the same problem.
The mind map is not too big, and I have 50Gb free with Mindjet consuming 7Mb (storing on local files).
I managed to clear the error by killing the application (double tap the home button, then press and hold the mindjet icon. A "no entry" badge pops up on all the apps, hit the mindjet one).
You can re-start the application, and carry on working. (RAM memory leak??)
BEWARE - the app only saves data up to the point the error pops up, so when you kill it, it will revert to that point.
The mind map is not too big, and I have 50Gb free with Mindjet consuming 7Mb (storing on local files).

This issue is proving to be a thornier problem than we have thought. It would be helpful to understand if you can reproduce this issue consistently. Please let me know. Thank you for your patience.

It almost seems like Mindjet has a maximum size for mind maps, and that it takes the combined size of all the maps onboard instead of the current map.
