I'm on Version 3.6.8
Everything was working fine a few days ago. I can connect to Dropbox on other apps.

Since this is a users community -  where Mindjet listens in -  the fastest way to help solve your problem is to contact mindjet support  via the Mindjet.com website and you will find support at the bottom of the screen.

How about the other way around? Finding the file via the iOS Dropbox app and then sending it to the Mindjet app so it can open it?

Hi Mathieu, could you show me the next step?  I copied the Dropbox file to Mindjet as shown in your 4th pic, but then the file is not showing on Mindjet.  Assuming the file has been copied to Mindjet, where do i find it?  thanks

Looks like there is a bug in the current iOS version of the app which doesn't open files which were sent from the iOS Share Sheet. The developers told me they are working on a fix.

keeping my fingers crossed that they will do it quickly.  Very frustrating when you depend so much on an app

Still this is a work around (exporting the files from Dropbox to Mindjet) and then are left with the update file being save in the iPhone/iPad instead of Dropbox.
Have deleted and reinstalled Mindje, but the problem persists, MIndjet has lost its ability to link directly to a Droobox account,

There was a change announced from Dropbox that the interface has changed and the actual mindjet app on android and Iphone does not support this new interface. The app has to be updated. Meanwhile I use the box as cloud solutions. This works on all platforms. Copy the files and start working. Hopefully there will be an update in the next weeks.

All,
We are aware of this and we're currently in the process of updating both Mindjet Maps for iOS and
Android to support the latest Dropbox API.

Is there any ETA on the Mindjet Maps update for Android. Are you thinking days, weeks, months? Do you need any beta testers?

It looks like the current Mindjet Maps for Android version 4.0 has improvements in the area of Dropbox compatibility?

You're right, Jeff. I did some further testing with v4.1 and received this message when trying to connect Dropbox to Mindjet Maps on Android:

Apparently, Mindjet has no intention of fix8ng this problem.
Guess I need to f7nd a replacement for Mindjet. Anyone have any suggestions? Mobility (iPad and iPhone) is a big issue for me...

[Dear Sherman,

Thank you for contacting Mindjet Support. The DropBox connection for the iOS is currently broken due to changes in DropBox's code. As of this moment there is no plan from Dropbox or Mindjet to resolve this issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Best regards,

Why select another mindmap tool if you can also use e.g. Box?
