Can't create a MindManager Snap account

I am not sure whether there is a connexion but I had a Mindjet before and moved to Mind Manager.  When trying to craete an MindManager Snap account I always receive the same message ... Ooops something went wrong !! no explanation no help nothing !!! any idea how I could sort that out?  Thanks Regards JL

The old Mindjet account is a different one. You need to create a new MindManager account, but you can use the same email if you like.

Hi Jean,

We are not aware of any issues creating accounts for the MindManager Snap service. Can you share some screenshots of your experience to help us better understand where and how this is happening?

Good morning,  Today the message has changed from "Oooop something went wrong" to "Invalid Sign Up" I am not sure why as I didn't do anything different.  see screeshot.

It looks like that's the MindManager Snap desktop application, is that correct? I think it's saying invalid because you've already signed up with that email address. Try clicking Sign in instead and using the forgot password flow if you don't know the password.
