I think this could be related to using 64-bit version of MindManager and a 32-bit version Java (or the other way around). Could you check what version of MindManager 15 you're using?

Did you try to use the built in Save As PDF function from the Mac's Print Menu? (⌘P)

I find that I get better results using this function as I have more control over page size and headers/footers.

I had this same problem on my windows 8 PC. I ended up going to the java site and downloading three different versions of java, rebooted, and then it worked.

Good to hear you've fixed it, Jocelyn! Could you list the different versions of Java that you needed to install?

I just downloaded and installed them all! https://www.java.com/en/download/manu...

However now I have another problem - I can't create a project in MindJet Tasks in the Projects View. I suspect this is a javascript problem as javascript doesn't work on other site. Do you know if Projects View relies on javascript?

Hi Jocelyn,

I checked your profile and see you currently have a Mindjet Reader Account (Free). You will need to have a paid MindManager Plus or MindManager for Business subscription in order to create Projects.

Oh thanks Marian! That makes sense, and I should have one of those soon.

Hi aagin Marion - I didn't read this correctly, and purchased a standard MindManager licence (the sales process and website has been frankly painful and confusing and says nothing about what Plus provides other than perpetual upgrades). Can you please tell me, can I have the main licence and still assign tasks to team members that don't have licences at all? The project can't afford to buy full licences just for task management.

Hi Jocelyn,

Yes, with a Mindjet Tasks account, you can assign Tasks to whomever you want via their email address. The user will then receive an email advising them to create a password and will be able to update the Task information.
