I used to visualize exported maps in PDF using minjdet viewer capabilities. It now stop working and now it just show a gray screen where the map should appear. I have uninstalled the adobe acrobat 9 and reinstalled and nothing works. Can someone assist how to fix this issue. What version or plugin should I install to make it work? Thanks

What have you changed since it was working before?
New OS? New Hardware? New .....?

I just tested and it works fine with my installation.

Since the Mindjet Viewer is basically a Flash file embedded in a PDF could you please also check your Flash installation?

When you're talking about Acrobat 9, do you mean the freely available Reader or the paid authoring tool?

Thank you both flor your comments. Yes Aa9 paid version but seems didn't work. I have to replace it with A.readerXI and that fixed the problem. Now I see I cannot export to a fixed PDF as before. I wonder why mindjet instead of keeping features they eliminate them.

Exporting to Static PDf has been dropped some time ago, because of licensing (and cost associated) issues. If you print to PDF (like with Cute PDF) you get the same result for free.

Another Post where we all clarified this before can be found here:

Could it be that the PDF printing was handled by Adobe Acrobat 9 before and since you have replaced this version with a reader-only version of Reader XI there is no PDF printer from Abobe available to create the 'fixed' PDF?
