Help? I have a file that is on my Mindjet Connect. When I try to open it online I get "Mindjet Connect can't open that file. Possible reasons include:" And if I try to download it it gives me a Zero Byte file. Anyone have any ideas?
This is happening with several files and doesn't seem to be a way to get the files.

Don't use Connect but Project Director and sadly you cannot access 'cloud' maps (or files) for projects AT ALL from Mac Mindjet!

TheBimbo, which version of Mindjet for Mac are you using? There is cloud integration available for Mindjet for Mac once you've signed in on your Mac (see http://onlinehelp.mindjet.com/help/mjmac/10/mindjet_files/EN/mac_the_mindjet_connect_window.htm)

Mathieu,
On Mindjet 10.3.605 and when logged in (so using Mindjet Files) I definitely do not see Project Director project maps at all.
It is very annoying as I see all my projects/mpas fine on Mindjet 14 on PC (forcing me to have to use start VMware), in https://vision.mindjet.com on the Web and even in the iOS Mindjet Map Apps... Just not on the Mac which is my primary machine - I only see the top level directory for the project in Mindjet Files - mine's call 'Mindjet Cloud' - but as I said no project folders or files :-(
Indeed, for the first year I subscribed I waited that finally Mindjet Tasks were supported in Mindjet on the Mac, now I have to deal with duplicates as can't store my maps centrally with the same access on all clients. I do like Project Director but if my sub was up for renewal tomorrow I'd vote with my feet.
Regards, Mark

Thank you for supplying some more information, Mark. Folders should show in Mindjet for Mac, even in older versions like 10.2. Could you maybe post a screenshot of what your account looks like on the Mac?

Mathieu, please follow the link below that shows Mindjet Files across:
- PC
- Mac
- Web
- iOS (iPad)
As you can clearly see neither folder nor files appear on the Mac!!

Mark,
MindManager for Mac does not yet support ProjectDirector Folders (Briefcase Icon).
To access your files using MindManager for Mac, please do the following:
1. Log in to the Web Client
2. Navigate to the Library Tab
3. Create a standalone Library Folder.
4. Drag and Drop your files from ProjectDirector Folders to standalone Library Folders.

it's happening with both Mac and windows. I can't download the files at all. They come down as 0 byte files. Something is wrong and they are lost I'm afraid.
