Can't add email or change password in Connect Vision

In Connect Vision, I have alternately tried to add an email address -- when I click "add" nothing happens, so of course when I click "update emails" nothing happens. I have not received any emails regarding the change (as the help center explains will happen).

The same thing -- nothing -- happens when I try to change my password. I have correcty retyped it, several times, and when I click "change password" nothing happens and if I click "save changes" it tells me passwords need to match.

Using Mindjet 9.5, Mac 10.6, Firefox 13

The merging of different parts (that I had previously used with separate email accounts) that is now Connect or web is causing program's as the Cohuman part says the subscription part has expired... How can Connect/Web be entirely reset?

When you log into your Mindjet web account you should be able to access both Maps and Tasks. Is this not the case for you? Please let me know. Thank you.
