can't open online (web) a mindmap created with mindjet android

When I try to open a Mindjet file (created with Mindjet for Android v.4.0) with Mindjet Connect (web online),the cloud service, all I get is an endless looping of a circle thing in the middle of the screen. When i look at the file size of such files on the cloud, it only has 3 or 4 ko whereas other files (created directly with the web app) have more than 70 ko.
Moreover, i can read and modify on Android mindmaps created online with the web application. One year ago, the application works in the two ways.
It 's very annoying not being able to modify maps created with the android app.
I am looking forward a solution !
Thanks in advance,
Best regards,
Herve.

Would it be possible for you to install (a trial of) MindManager for Windows or Mac and try to open the file? If not, I will be more than happy to check out what's happing with the file if you're able to send it to me?

Thanks Mathieu for your answer.
MindManager (v.2012) for Windows is installed in a virtual PC since i work on Linux (Ubuntu). I try to access the files i created on Android and it was the same problem : an endless looping of a circle thing in the middle of the screen. I join one of my files created on android (the link to the file on mindjet web, i don't know if you have access to it...)
Regards,
Hervé.

Hmm, I'm not able to access the file.
Could you try to download the file from Mindjet Connect by right-clicking on the file choosing 'Download > Download'? This should provide you with a mmap-file which can then be opened in Mindjet MindManager for Windows?
