I don't mind... but the problem was "solved". Now the map works perfectly... Plus as I said i won't be able to help because i didn't had any error messages... And I'm already in touch with Marian Kocmanek from the customer support service for various other issuses...
Thank you for the reactivity!

I also have this problem. I am using mindjet to teach a subject- however, I am away from home and I am using mindjet on line. Every time the system times out, or I close down my computer....upon restarting none of my changes are there! I have been saving repeatedly and apparently Mindjet saves automatically- but it doesnt work.

I am following instructions (not that it should be that hard) why arent my changes being saved?

I have a similar problem. I have a map that is saved in my Local Files and I am trying to move it to the Cloud, but when I do so, I get the response "Cannot move file. Unknown Error." My iPad will not allow me to move or copy the file into my Cloud storage so I can share it with someone else.

Please help!

Certainly! I have a couple folders on my Mindjet on iPad that are under the Root Folder I would like to move to the Cloud. I touch my open files icon (open book) on the ipad and go to "Files" under "Local Files". I hit the "Edit" button and choose the file I'd like to move. I chose "Move File", which brings me back to the "Root Folder". I hit "back" and then touch the "Cloud Storage" tab called "Minjet Files". This brings me to my files under Mindjet Connect. I touch that file folder and then choose "Use this folder" option at the bottom right of the drop down screen (at this point I can see other files that have been stored on the cloud). When I do this, I receive the error "Cannot move file. Unknown Error." There are other .mmap files I can move from "Local" to "Cloud" but there are two specific files that I am not able to move.

Thank you for this information Jesse! Are the two maps that you are trying to use large maps? Do they include any images, notes, attachments, etc? Is there anything different about these maps than the others that you can move successfully? Thank you!

I figured it out! As it ends up, the file name had a "/" in it. I removed the "/" and it was able to move no problem! Thanks for your help!
