I can't access the lower areas of the task info window. There is not enough space to display it and I can't scroll down either, even if I hide all Status bars.

You can hide the ribbon with the chevron button between the binoculars and the Help button.

I have the Windows Task Bar on the right hand side of screen and auto hide.

Seems like the Windows screen components are a bit larger than default. Is there is reason for this? (e.g. visually impaired)
If it's possible, could you try to reduce the size of the Windows components? See screenshot below to see an example of these display settings on Windows 7.
