can't see maps I have been invited to share

the user's account shows up but indicates "no folders" when in fact other invitees can see two maps

Hi Mel. Thank you for your inquiry. I want to be sure that I am understanding the issue that you are experiencing. Could you please provide me a little more detail regarding what is happening? Are you trying to share maps with members of your Mindjet web account, are you sharing a map with a guest? Any additional information would be helpful. Thanks!

Brittney,

Three of us were set up on Mindjet the other day by Vanessa in your office. We are all members now. The administrator is trying to share his maps with me. I can see his account, but not his maps. When I click on his account it shows "no folders". The other user when clicking on his account, can see one of his maps. The administrator,however,has put up two maps.

One other point, although I am using registered desktop software, the web version shows me as a trial user. The may be because I inadventently signed into the web account first rather than the desktop account. The desktop account uploads to the trial account.
