I've downloaded the new update that is supposed to be fully compatible with Mountain Lion, but it won't install. If I tell it to replace the existing version or if I tell it to keep both the old and new versions, I get a message telling me it can't complete the installation. In the former, the error code is -36 (some data in "MindManager Tips and Tricks.mmap" can't be read or written); in the latter, the error code is 0 (unexpected error occurred).

Please help me through this!

Hi Joseph. Does it work to copy the application to a different location? For example, try copying the application from the disk image onto your desktop.
