Certificate Issue with Vision.Mindjet.com

Receiving "Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate. " browser errors when trying to access Mindjet Tasks from the cloud.

We are encountering some issues with the Mindjet Connect (Saas) Platform.
The issues have been escalated to the Mindjet executive level and our Ops team is  working on resolving.I don't have an ETA for resolution at this time but it has our highest of attention. I will update the community as soon as the problem is resolved.

We believe the issue with the certificates has been addressed. We are still working on another issue with the co-editing service and maps in loading and read only.I will update the community as soon when that problem is resolved.

WOW! Not even sure where to start.
Yes, there are (and have been for many years) major problems with the company and it's products and the way it treats NON-Enterprise accounts.
HOWEVER, the more generic problem is the use of the internet and the "cloud" instead of local resources.
I first realized the probable challenge while watching Dark Angel(2000) when am EMP knocked out electrical everything.
I was also a traveling victim of the 2003 Northeast blackout and saw what happened 1st hand.
Today, I make extensive use of the cloud, AND local resources to insure I can continue working.
The complexity of today's technology guarantees failures.
Yes, responsibility of "depending" on technology rests on the individual (or company) user, but vendors also need to take more responsibility.
The medical space is being charged for re admissions with the incentive of getting it done right the first time.
Complexity growth , while good, will also provide a new set of challenges that we must adjust to.
The automobile today is a much more complex piece of technology then when I could open the hood and see the ground and fix many things.
Those days are gone for ever.

Where I do BLAME MINDJET is terrible communications! That has been there unanswered challenge for years.
Recently I received an email from a Mindjet employee that was not even aware of: mindjet@getsatisfaction.com>

Hope this helps people understand that relying solely on one source (if there is an alternative) is a dangerous practice.
