CHECK FOR UPDATES is not working

Dear all,
I am trying to do a CHECK FOR UPDATE but I am receiving the following error:
Mindjet Product Updates

Here is the update status for your Mindjet products:
Product: Product ID is not recognized
Language: --
Your Version: --
Status: --
New Version: --
New Filename: --

Can you help me on this?

Which version of MindManager are you currently running?

(The version will be on the right hand side of the screen)

Is that 10.1.459, or 10.0.453.... It's actually a valid question.

Hi Elias,

We did have an issue with our GUID (Global Unique ID) on the 10.0.493 build which resulted in the error message, "Your Product ID is not recognized".

If you download and install 10.2.209 from the following link, you will be able to update MindManager which will resolved the GUID issue.
