"It would be nice to be able to select a topic then click a button to post it as a tweet. That way, I can organize my tweets in a map, not just a long list. It would also be nice if it could track the date/time the tweet was sent."

would you tweet just a topic or a whole map?
Did you know you can already pull your tweets into a map and it also provides the date stamp.
if you simply searched for your @name then I think you get what you want.
