Am using Export to Web Pages and the client wants to see the Map in a size in the browser that allows them to click on the topics. But, when exporting the clickable map is far too small. Have tried using Overview Map Zoom Factor but this does not make any difference. Is there any method of ensuring that the clickable map is larger when displayed in the browser?
Any advice please

Hi Geoff,
I would recommend that you open a case with Technical Support as there may be several options to accomplish what you want to. There is an option to export to SWF which can then be embedded into HTML which may provide you the functionality that you are looking for. The Windows Export to Web Pages is an older feature that isn't that easy to customize unless you are an expert with HTML.

Does the simple clickable image map export produce a "small" map as well?
So it doesn't overwrite the current export, you may want to copy the map and rename it before running the export.

This might be related to some fixed settings in the BoxPartMap.mmbas file of the web export template, specifically these two lines:
Const PartialMapWidth As Single = 300
Const PartialMapHeight As Single = 400
This locks the images of maps to 300x400 pixels. Is this the size limiation you're talking about?

Hi Andrew and Mathieu,
Many thanks for getting back
Ok, Andrew the export template is Dynamic Outline. Must be that because there is text in all topics and that must be viewed when clicking on the image map. The customer is complaining that the resultant image being displayed is way too small, and they do not want to simply use the navigation, because the width of the navigation bar is far too thin.
Mathieu, I don't know the actual ins and outs of Mind Manager to confirm whether the settings you are aluding too is the ones restricting the image map size to 300 x 400 but that looks about right to me.
I have attached a screenshot of the problem and pointed what the issue is. Please note, using Clickable imagemap is not wanted because the key is being able to view the text within the topic.
