Cloud Features Service Interruption - Comcast Customers on the West Coast of NA Only

We are aware of a problem causing issues connecting to MindManager cloud features; MindManager Snap, Co-editing, Publishing, and Zapier affecting those located on the West Coast of North America who use Comcast as their internet service provider.

The current workaround is to use a different internet service provider. We will update this post as soon as we have additional information.
