Conflict between cloud and local causes app to crash

The Mindjet app informs me that there is a conflict with a map. When I attempt to select "Cloud" and press "Done" the app crashes and the conflict is never resolved. Any help or a fix would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Joshua. Is there an error message that you are receiving? Does this happen with every map or just one in particular? If there is any other information that you might be able to provide, please let me know. Thank you!

Hi Brittney, thanks for your reply. Oddly enough it just started to work as I was attempting to try to resolve the conflict.

There was no error message at all when it occurred. I saw the notification indicating there was a conflict in between a map on the iPad and one in the cloud. I selected cloud, then I selected done, and instantaneously the app crashed and closed itself. When I reopened the app, the conflict notification was still there. But it just started working after doing this for the past few days.

Hi,

I am having the exact same issue which is preventing me getting all the edits I have made on the ipad back to the PC via dropbox. No error message, just crashes after you press done in the conflict dialog box.

Any thoughts or workarounds?

Fixed!

Rebooted the ipad and then the conflict resolution completed properly. Sot sure why but, happier now that I have saved my edits.
