Connect Free account not updated

I purchased an upgrade to Mindjet for individuals, previously i had 2012 with a connect free account.
I have a couple of issues:
- When I go Online i still only have Connect free
- My account on Mindjet only shows my purchase of 2012 a while back, but not my recent upgrade.

How do i get access to my new Online account (i wanted to use folders and versions controls)

I was running a trial under my company address but purchased the upgrade under my original personal gmail account. I explained that to representative, and tey said it work OK.

I would have raised a ticket, but it's not easy finding how to on the Mindjet Site

Did you try to sign-in using your company address or under your personal gmail account?

The latest account details can be found by loging into https://vision.mindjet.com/ and then navigate to 'acccount management'

Raising a ticket is indeed a bit hidden, but can be done via: https://secure.mindjet.com/app/suppor...

I used my personal gmail address. i have tried looking at the account management screen.

All set now, thanks Terry Dalton (mindjet support)

(i confess, I didn't reaad the whole registration instructions, you have to activate both the desktop SW as well as the Mindjet Web, with a discrete key for each..)
