Connect loses my map

I have just used Connect for the first time in a while to colloborate with a colleague. We were building a map about an event we had a request to record and publish int he Browser version of Connect.

I had just built a couple of branches describing two latrernative approaches when I realised my colleague did not have editing rights.

So I did this:

File > Save (The Pending Changes)
Files > Change the file rights
Mapping > And the map has returned to where I started the session. All edits lost!

Hi Andrew,
I'm sorry to hear this.
What is your OS and Browser versions?
Was the map initially created in Connect's Web Client or was it pulled in from MindManager Windows or Mac?
What type of elements were in the map before you saved?

Hi Terry

The map was originally created MindManager 2012 and then saved to Connect yesterday. I could not open the map in MindManager today, so switched to the browser.

The map was being edited in Firefox 14.0.1 on Windows 7 SP1.

Just topics about 30 and 3 hyperlinked topics. No images, boundaries or relationships. I have subsequently added these in MindManager when the Connect connection started working and viewed them in Connect on the browser.

Hi Andrew,

I will do some testing internally to see if I can reproduce this issue. If I can, I will open a ticket with our development team to request further investigation and review.
