Not directly no. You might be able to do an export from Jira and import to MindManager?

Although I haven't used Jira I understand that you can get an MS Outlook app for it. MindManager will sync with Outlook so that may be one route. There is also some sort of MS Project connector for Jira; MindManager will also import and export Project files though for this to work you will need to have MS Project installed.

You can filter the map based on Marker and then export filtered map to Excel(as CSV format)

There are two issues here, I think.

1. When you filter a map for a certain characteristic such as priority not only do the topics matching that characteristic appear, but also the parents and siblings of those topics whether or not they have the same characteristic. If you think about it this is unavoidable behaviour, especially in relation to parent topics.

2. Exporting the actual icons showing priority is generally only possible with an export to Word. The export to the CSV format which can be opened in Excel can be set to show the priority but only as a number in the Priority field in the resulting table (and in my experience it isn't always consistent about that, especially if the topic with a priority has child topics which aren't tasks).
