Copy tables between notes

How can I copy tables (including the formatting) between notes?

I'd like to copy a table from one note of a topic to another note.
But when I do this by using ctrl-c ctrl-v I loose the table and the formatting.

How can this be done.
(duplicating the topic and re-editing it is not what I look for)

Thx

Hello Kurt

Which version of MindManager are you using? I am not seeing the same effect on 17.2.208.

Hi NIck,
it's the same version (32-bit) on a 64-bit win 7

Hmm. I created a topic notes with a table in them, then right-clicked on the Notes icon and selected copy. I added a new topic, right-clicked and went to Paste > Paste Notes, and the table appeared in the new topic. I am on 64-bit Windows 10.

Failure to copy rich text in Notes has been an issue for a long time, but it seems to be working for me now. I wonder if it is related to the Windows version?

Oh, I am not trying to copy a note completely.
I am just trying to copy a table from within a note to another note.

The same applies with other formatting.

See this short video.

This works OK for me on MindManager 17 and 18 on one Windows 10 system, but fails on both versions on a different Win 10 system. This suggests it is not dependent on MindManager code alone but on the version of a support library. I think only Mindjet can properly resolve this, so a support ticket would be the next step.
